The role requires deep GenAI fundamentals, LLM systems expertise (RAG, agents), and proficiency in a major backend language, with flexible collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Requires experience shipping production software and working directly with enterprise customers in a solutions or forward-deployed engineering capacity.
• Must have strong fundamentals in GenAI, LLM systems (RAG, agents), and proficiency in at least one major backend programming language.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead customer engagements to translate business goals into technical requirements and production-ready AI solutions.
• Own the end-to-end technical lifecycle including discovery, solution design, prototyping, and implementation.
