Job summary

National Guardian Life Insurance Company (NGL) is seeking an Agent Solutions Coordinator to support agents, agencies and funeral homes in a hybrid role requiring in-office presence about 10 days per month. You will handle calls, monitor queues, manage emails, and collaborate with teams across contracting, commissions, processing, and sales.

In this role you will strive for one contact resolution, document conversations in the CRM, promote incentive campaigns, and provide timely, friendly service

Qualifications

Advanced customer service skills and empathy in all interactions.
Excellent oral and written communication, including coaching callers to improve future interactions.
Ability to quickly learn and maintain knowledge of preneed, final expense, and other insurance products.

Responsibilities

Maintain 90%+ service levels on Agent Solutions lines and boxes.
Provide friendly, thorough support to agents, partners, funeral homes and customers.
Document conversations in CRM and ensure timely follow-up and escalation when needed.
Respond quickly and professionally to all requests and concerns.
Set and adjust coverage schedules to meet demand and ensure coverage during training.
