Job summary

New York Life’s local General Office is seeking a Service Representative to support agents and management, overseeing onboarding and contracting so new agents can begin selling.

You will work with Partners to advance contracts, provide candidate status updates, and ensure accurate paperwork and system integration. This full-time hybrid role offers a base salary with discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits, with four days onsite and one day remote.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or office administration.
• Clear, professional communication via phone and email.
• Meticulous data entry with audit-ready attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Advance contracts in the contracting system to move candidates through onboarding.
• Track background checks and fingerprint results, and escalate issues as needed.
• Review onboarding paperwork for completeness and resolve data gaps.
• Communicate candidate status updates to Partners and answer questions.
• Process forms to integrate new agents into our systems accurately.
• Provide in-person administrative support to the Managing Partner as needed.
