New York Life in Louisville is seeking a Service Representative to support agents and the management team, overseeing onboarding and contracting so new agents can begin selling. Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or office administration.
• Clear, professional communication (phone and email) and stakeholder service.
• Meticulous data entry and document review with audit-ready attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); quick to learn new systems.
• Strong organization and time management; able to prioritize and meet SLAs.
• Discretion with sensitive information; compliance-first mindset.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in insurance/financial services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding with contracting so agents can begin selling New York Life insurance.
• Track background checks and fingerprint results; follow up with Partners and escalate issues as needed.
• Review onboarding paperwork for completeness and accuracy; resolve data gaps.
• Communicate candidate status updates to Partners and answer questions.
• Process forms to ensure agents are integrated into systems correctly.
• Provide in-person administrative support to the Managing Partner and General Office, including phone, scheduling, and correspondence.
