You will lead a team of Associate Client Strategists and Client Strategists across the full sales cycle, from activation to optimization, to help advertisers grow their businesses. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in performance media sales, strong leadership, and excellent client management skills, with on-site work and regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in performance media sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading teams to exceed sales targets in ads space.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, and ability to work onsite with travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Associate Client Strategists and Client Strategists across outreach, activation, onboarding and optimization.
• Set go-to-market strategy for Ads on Apple Maps, balancing breadth and depth across priority Maps categories.
• Build processes for scalable account planning, pipeline management and repeatable sales motions.
• Own a key client list in partnership with your team and model desired sales behaviors.
• Use data to inspect pipeline, measure performance and drive growth, sharing insights with cross-functional partners.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture focused on customer impact.
