Apple Inc. in Culver City, CA is hiring Growth Accounts: Associate Client Strategist for Ads on Apple Maps. You will own and grow a portfolio of high-value advertiser accounts, guiding them through onboarding, activation, and optimization across the full lifecycle.

The role requires strong communication, a track record of meeting targets, and the ability to collaborate with clients and agencies while traveling regionally in a hybrid onsite role.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer facing role - preferably in account management, performance marketing or sales.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Translate data (internal and external) into insights that drive growth for your clients
• Fluency in English both written and verbal
• Ability to be onsite; this role is a hybrid position along with regional travel
• Additional travel may be necessary from time to time, along with flexible work hours including evenings and weekends

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow a portfolio of Growth Accounts by driving outreach, activation, onboarding and optimization for the Ads on Apple Maps product.
• Engage with customers and deliver sales motions anchored with insights and a clear value proposition across both active and inactive clients.
• Identify and engage decision-making stakeholders across both client and agency teams to align on objectives and media execution.
• Move opportunities through the planned, pitched, agreed and implemented sales motion phases while maintaining a healthy forward-looking pipeline.
• Prepare and monitor portfolio and customer success plans aligned to customer objectives and team goals by using AI-assisted insights, tools and workflows and deliver them with expertise.
