Apple is seeking a strategic, operational leader for the Apple News Ads Account Management team in Culver City, CA. You will coach a small team of Account Managers while personally owning a portfolio of top-tier advertisers across the full campaign lifecycle.

You will partner with Client Partners on goals, RFP responses, and media planning, applying best practices to drive outcomes and renewals. A strong background in IO digital advertising and client relationship management is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of digital advertising account management experience in premium content or digital media.
• 2+ years of people management, mentoring account managers or campaign teams.
• Proven experience managing high-tier or strategic accounts end-to-end.
• Deep familiarity with media planning, ad operations, and workflows (OperativeOne, Freewheel, Salesforce).
• Strong senior relationships with media agencies and brand marketers.
• Ability to guide renewals and complex client discussions with confidence.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers with clear performance expectations.
• Personally own a portfolio of high-tier strategic accounts across the full campaign lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Client Partners on goals, RFPs, media planning, and inventory optimization.
• Build media plans using internal tools and apply rate card and pricing frameworks.
• Oversee deal desk processes, sign-offs, IO routing, and compliance with standards.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client issues and cross-functional coordination.
• Coordinate with CampaignOps, EditOps, Finance, Legal, and Product for setup and trafficking.
• Monitor pacing and performance, surface optimization and upsell opportunities.
