Job summary

The Center for Allied Health Education (CAHE) is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to support the Admissions Department with increasing lead volume and prospective student engagement. This role will focus heavily on lead follow-up, applicant communication, and guiding prospective students through the admissions process from initial inquiry through enrollment.

Qualifications

• Some college coursework required; degree preferred.
• Experience in admissions, recruiting, customer service, sales, or student-facing role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up with prospective students and inbound leads.
• Contact applicants via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Provide program and admissions information.
• Schedule Teams meetings to review details.
• Document interactions and manage lead activity.
• Support enrollment goals and improve applicant experience.
• Handle additional admissions tasks as needed.
