Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Holds a valid U.S. driver’s license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.
• Minimum hire age 19.
• Preferred knowledge includes admissions, student receivables, financial aid, Banner and Slate CRM.

Responsabilités

• Counsel prospective undergraduate and graduate students through admissions and enrollment for distance learning programs.
• Evaluate prospects’ academic preparation and interests to match opportunities.
• Represent the university at on- and off-campus events and information sessions.
• Manage inquiries via phone, Slate CRM, and the UA Online page.
