Job summary

Qualifications

• Process and review applications, transcripts, and test scores.
• Enter data daily into Banner, covering high school transcripts, ACT and SAT scores, and undergraduate admission records.
• Prepare admissions reports, including reports generated in Banner or Slate.
• Respond to phone inquiries and emails from prospective students and guardians.
• Hold a high school diploma or GED.
• Prefer four years in a complex, automated, computerized office, or experience in undergraduate admissions data processing and operations.

Responsibilities

• Process and review applications, transcripts and test scores as part of admissions processing.
• Enter and verify data in Banner daily for high school transcripts and test scores.
• Generate admissions reports and support scholarship processes.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective students and guardians via phone and email.
