Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking an Admissions Recruiter to join our enrollment team. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on guiding prospective students through the admissions process, answering inquiries, and coordinating with campus departments to ensure compliant enrollment.

You’ll conduct interviews, provide program guidance, and maintain CRM records while meeting performance targets in a fast-paced environment. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in admissions, enrollment services, recruiting, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with prospective students.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and standard office technology.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective students—by phone, web, or in person—providing accurate information on programs, admission requirements, curricula, and academic standards.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with prospective students who have expressed interest in attending the institution.
• Participate in organized dialing campaigns and initiate outreach efforts to generate new prospective student interest.
• Schedule and conduct admissions interviews using approved materials, processes, and institutional guidelines.
• Explain program offerings and align institutional benefits with prospective students’ career goals and objectives.
• Discuss program requirements and assist prospective students in identifying the most appropriate educational pathway.
• Provide guidance on admissions policies, procedures, enrollment requirements, and next steps in the admissions process.
• Serve as a liaison between prospective students and campus departments throughout the enrollment process.
• Mentor and advise prospective students to support informed decision-making regarding career goals and educational opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, admissions activities, and student interactions within the CRM system.
• Complete required activity reports and ensure enrollment documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner.
• Attend required training, meetings and perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
