Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking an Ad Trafficking & Marketing Coordinator to support advertising trafficking across linear, streaming, and CTV platforms in a fast-paced Local Media environment.

The role liaises with Ad Operations, Media Partnerships, Marketing, Sales, and Production to translate campaigns into executable advertising solutions while ensuring timely delivery and reporting. This contract position is hybrid, based in Midtown Manhattan with WFH Fridays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in advertising trafficking or related field.
• Experience with trafficking across linear and/or streaming platforms.
• Experience partnering with third-party Ad Operations vendors or service providers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate advertising and marketing trafficking across linear, streaming, and CTV platforms.
• Support trafficking workflows across Ad Operations, Marketing, and partners; define responsibilities and escalation paths.
• Manage Ad Operations vendor relationships, planning, quality control, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate advertising formats, break structures, and inventory requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Translate sold campaigns and sponsorships into executable advertising solutions with Sales teams.
