Job summary

NBCUniversal in New York is seeking an Account Manager to partner with Clients & Sales Account Executives, managing and growing NBCU’s partnerships with Advertisers to meet business objectives and enable campaign success.

You will be responsible for valuable client relationships, driving revenue, and delivering insights to support advertisers’ KPIs across a fast-paced ad sales environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Planning and/or Account Management/Client Service experience in the media industry.
• Experience contributing to revenue, advertiser education, & advertiser satisfaction.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with existing and potential new clients and agencies.
• Synergistically work cross-functionally with internal teams to drive incremental revenue.
• Support day-to-day client deliverables across pre-sale and post-sale lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign executions and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze data to explain trends and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop campaign strategies and audience targeting recommendations.
