NBCUniversal Intl. is seeking an Account Services Representative to manage client accounts and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Billing teams. The role emphasizes timely information flow and accurate scheduling.

You will work with multiple departments to ensure proper maintenance of advertisers’ schedules, while developing solutions and supporting strong agency relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Hybrid work pattern: four days in-office, Friday remote.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States now and in the future.
• Overtime flexibility as needed.

Responsabilités

• Maintain upfront and scatter deals in the order management system.
• Develop solutions for advertisers by understanding products and capabilities.
• Serve as first line of contact to ensure advertisers' schedules are properly maintained.
• Support agency relationships by monitoring requests and ensuring commercials are booked per guidelines.
• Schedule and coordinate client brand allocations; reconcile discrepancies.
