Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant actuarial experience.
• Must have completed at least 3 exams towards the ASA designation.
• In lieu of minimum exams/experience, ASA or more exams may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Performs actuarial research, experience studies, and statistical analyses.
• Calculates premiums and reserves for new and existing plans.
• Provides support to senior actuaries as needed.
• Retrieves and validates data for rate filings and actuarial models; analyzes changes and impacts.
• Communicates filing status to stakeholders and transmits rate filings to regulators.
