Enterprise Mobility is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Coordinator to prioritize accounts, make daily calls for past-due balances, and resolve disputes. The role is in person in Tulsa, OK with a hybrid option, Monday–Friday 7:00am–6:00pm window, offering benefits and a starting hourly rate.

Strong Excel and 1 year AR or B2B collections experience are required. Compensation targets include a first-year annual pay around $37,500, with additional benefits such as PTO, health/dental/vision

Qualifications

• 1 year Accounts Receivable, B2B collections and/or customer service experience using a computer daily.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday 40 hours/ week.

Responsabilités

• Contact accounts as needed to collect and follow up on past due balances.
• Maintain clear and concise notes in applicable systems.
• Notify accounts of credit suspension when necessary.
• Research and resolve disputed rentals within 30 days; prepare CCRI requests as needed.
• Report issues concerning payment of accounts to management.
• Send reprints of invoices, statements and vouchers to accounts as needed.
• Maintain aging balances within percentages set by management.
• Attend weekly collection meetings; provide account status to Supervisor.
• Perform additional analysis and reporting as requested by management.
• Pursue skill development and maintain reliable attendance.
