Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Dallas–Fort Worth (Hybrid) seeks an Accounts Payable Supervisor to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices for a portfolio of properties. You will lead the AP team, oversee the full cycle, and help maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of full-cycle AP experience with 100+ accounts, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and experience with Oracle NetSuite and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• 5 years of full cycle AP and credit card compliance for 100+ accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus and advanced Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice intake, coding, approvals, and payment processing.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance support to AP team members.
• Monitor AP aging and resolve outstanding items in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare AP reports, metrics, and reconciliations; support month-end close.
