Job summary

Bauer Hockey/ Cascade Maverik Lacrosse is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to support high-volume invoice processing and vendor management. You will enter invoices in SAP, review discrepancies, and help ensure timely payments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in data entry across multiple systems with accuracy and timeliness.
• Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• High volume invoice entry, review open invoices, blocked invoices, and AP aging reports.
• Prepare and organize invoices and accurately enter them into SAP.
• Resolve financial discrepancies on invoices; research and respond to inquiries.
• Provide guidance related to Invoice or T&E processing.
• Audit expense reports as needed.
• Monitor payments to prevent duplicate, late, or unauthorized disbursements.
• Set up and edit vendor accounts and reconcile vendor statements.
• Assist with the weekly payment run.
