Job summary

Marucci Sports LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join its Accounting team. The role focuses on processing invoices, reconciling expenses, and ensuring timely vendor payments.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of accounting experience, a high school diploma (associates or bachelor’s in accounting preferred), and proficiency with Office software and ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics/Navision and SAP Concur.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of related accounting experience.
• Associate or Bachelor degree in accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forward invoices for approval to managers.
• Reconcile receipts to invoices and process payments for inventory transactions.
• Reconcile, approve and process general invoices weekly for four companies.
• Receives and verifies expense reports; reconciles expenses with account balances.
• Facilitate vendor payments and review purchase orders; resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure outstanding obligations are credited on payment; identify discount opportunities.
• Assist with accounting records by reconciling monthly statements.
• Record petty cash and distribute documentation.
