Qualifications

• Recent AP experience within a manufacturing environment (within the past 2 years).
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• At least 1 year of Manufacturing AP experience.
• Strong 3-way matching.
• ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate AP records within the ERP system.
• Support month-end close and general ledger activities.
• Collaborate with purchasing, receiving, and accounting teams.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
