Shirley Ryan AbilityLab is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and requisitions in line with policy. You will classify invoices, match PO and shipping docs, and prepare vouchers for payment, while answering questions about terms and policies.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will work in a hybrid office setting with regular reviews, maintain logs, reconcile rebates, and support overall financial controls while upholding the

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience handling moderately difficult tasks and policy compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Classify and match invoices, purchase orders, and shipping/receiving documents, and prepares vouchers and checks for payment.
• Investigate inconsistencies and adjust payment amounts in Workday.
• Answer employee and vendor questions regarding payment terms and policies.
• Maintain logs and registers for reporting purposes.
• Process requests and other payments with required approvals.
• Reconcile vendor rebates and ensure rebates are issued.
• Open and process mail.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
