Qualifications

• 2+ years in an Accounting position focusing on Accounts Payable.
• Knowledge of the Accounts Payable process.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel (including v-lookups and Pivot tables).
• Knowledge of MRP Systems; Paradigm experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and verify vendor invoices and debit memos for appropriate documentation and approval.
• Enter invoices into the company ERP system and perform three-way matching.
• Prepare and organize invoices for weekly check, ACH, and wire payment runs.
• Reconcile the accounts payable bank account on a weekly basis and prepare month-end journal entries.
• Support accounts receivable backup responsibilities as needed, such as applying cash and sending customer invoices.
• Assist with property tax bill processing and other periodic AP-related obligations.
• Coordinate with Receiving and other internal departments for receipt confirmation.
