King’s Hawaiian is seeking an Accounts Payable Senior to support the AP team in a hybrid role based in New Mexico. You will process invoices and credits, reconcile vendor statements, and serve as the first point of contact for AP inquiries.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (or 6+ years in accounting), expert GAAP knowledge, and ERP experience with SAP and Ariba. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or at least 6 years of experience in accounting at mid-large sized companies required.
• Expert knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP or other accounting applications: SAP and Ariba experience is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Support AP for approximately 3,000 active vendor accounts and onboarding with proper payment terms and W9.
• Review and process invoices and credit memos with standard procedures.
• Resolve discrepancies and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Assist in bank verification for vendors with electronic payments.
• Maintain vendor master records and perform month-end close related tasks.
• Support AP Manager with training, audits, and weekly payment batches.
• Provide backup to AP team and escalate as needed.
• Lead system implementation testing and provide information for AP processes.
• Complete ad-hoc projects as assigned.
