Job summary

UHY Advisors' Resource Solutions Group is seeking an AP Manager with progressive accounts payable leadership, centralization of AP processes, and strong team management. The role is hybrid with onsite Monday-Wednesday and direct hire.

Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end AP, driving AP transformation and standardization, and collaborating with Controllers on month-end close and forecasting. Experience leading a small team and ERP/AP automation is essential.

Qualifications

• Progressive accounts payable management experience.
• Experience leading a team of direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with ERP implementations and AP automation.
• Strong controls and vendor management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end AP process and ensure accuracy.
• Lead transformation and centralization of AP workflows.
• Develop AP procedures, controls, and SLAs.
• Coach and develop a team of three direct reports.
• Support ERP implementations and system optimization.
• Partner with Controllers on month-end close and cash forecasting.
