Job summary

Torus, based in Utah, is expanding its finance team with an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Salt Lake City operations. In this data-entry role, you will enter vendor invoices into NetSuite and help ensure timely payments while collaborating with internal departments.

Required: 1+ year AP or accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid Utah-based environment. An Associate's degree and NetSuite experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of accounts payable, data entry, or general accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and enters vendor invoices accurately and on time into NetSuite so that payments can be made.
• Assists the AP Clerk in onboarding new vendors and confirming payment details for each vendor.
• Routes invoices for payment approval, including coordinating with the Supply Chain team to confirm receipt of inventory-related invoices.
• Maintains organized electronic records of invoices and supporting documentation.
• Flags invoice discrepancies, missing information, and coding questions to the AP Clerk for resolution.
