Yoh has an immediate, 6-month contract opportunity as an Accounts Payables Analyst in Des Moines, IA, hybrid work arrangement. The role processes high volumes of invoices in Oracle, with on-site Tue-Thu and remote Mon & Fri, 40 hours weekly, 7:00 AM–3:45 PM, and potential for hire.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• 1-3 years experience in Accounts Payable, invoice processing, or related accounting functions.
• Ability to work accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Experience reviewing, entering, and reconciling financial information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other business applications.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter high volumes of invoices into the Oracle Financial System.
• Review invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to processing.
• Audit and research items flagged on the Check Duplicate and Daily Duplicate Payment reports.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting daily processing and productivity goals.
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
• Handle incoming mail and distribute documentation to appropriate individuals and departments.
• Generate, review, and support AP reporting and data analysis activities as needed.
