Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst for a hybrid role in Secaucus, NJ. You will support daily AP activities, invoice and payment processing, vendor maintenance, and account reconciliation in a high-volume environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of AP experience, strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), and familiarity with NetSuite, Concur or BlueCherry. This is a collaborative role requiring accuracy and timely payments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Accounts Payable experience in a fast-paced AP environment.
• Proficient in Excel with PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with NetSuite, Concur or BlueCherry preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and create vendor records in accounting systems.
• Review corporate card docs and verify receipts and supporting materials.
• Assist with annual 1099 preparation and AP activities.
• Investigate and resolve vendor account discrepancies.
• Review invoices for approvals and processing requirements.
• Assist with payment processing and banking activities.
• Support credit card reconciliation and transaction processing.
• Help manage AP backlogs and time-sensitive items.
• Provide coverage for team members when out of the office.
• Cross-train across AP functions for flexible support.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to meet deadlines.
