Job summary

Talentify in Secaucus, NJ is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to handle payments for goods and services and ensure timely processing of invoices. The position supports a fast-paced AP function and requires accuracy and adherence to internal controls.

We expect two years of experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and this is a full-time role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of previous experience.
• Microsoft Excel knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices into computer system.
• Open mail daily.
• Process check requests, garnishments and tax payments ensuring all appropriate approvals have been received.
• Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, franchisees and others in a courteous and professional manner.
• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
• Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.
• Works closely with A/P Manager.
• Review receiving records to insure merchandise arrived.
