Job summary

Campminder is seeking an Accounting Technician in Boulder, CO to own day-to-day financial operations: invoicing, collections, payables, and managing the accounting inbox. You will become our Maxio billing expert and ensure accurate upsells, cancellations, and price changes.

The role covers cash processing, vendor AP, month-end close support, and collaboration with a growing accounting team. We offer hybrid work, strong benefits, and a culture that values work-life balance and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Experience with recurring billing, AR and AP processes.
• Ability to reconcile numbers and flag exceptions.
• Strong written communication with customers.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar GL.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client billing in Maxio, including upsells, cancellations, and price changes.
• Run collections to reduce overdue balances with client care.
• Process cash operations and reconciliations in QuickBooks.
• Manage vendor accounts payable, POs and invoices entry and payment.
• Serve as first contact in accounting@ inbox for finance questions.
• Support month-end close across entities, reconciling billing, cash, AP.
