Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Coursework includes at least 24 semester hours in accounting or auditing.
• Substitution: education plus related experience may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive reconciliations of university bank accounts and related records.
• Analyze financial transactions, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Reconcile student-related financial activity with subsystems and the general ledger.
• Review journal entries for GAAP compliance and policies.
