The role emphasizes GAAP compliance, system implementations (Workday, Adaptive Planning), and cross-functional collaboration with HR and other departments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CPA preferred) and 10+ years in financial reporting and process transformation, with strong Excel and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 10+ years in financial reporting, systems implementation, and process transformation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Adaptive Planning and Workday preferred.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close, audits, and reconciliations.
• Oversee finance system governance and data integrity across platforms.
• Develop robust internal and board reporting frameworks.
• Supervise accounting staff and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives and process improvements.
