Job summary

Color Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a versatile professional for a hybrid role that blends accounting and human resources. The candidate will manage AP/AR, GL entries, invoicing, onboarding, and HR data management while supporting administrative duties across both functions.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, experience in both domains, proficiency with MS Office, QuickBooks, and HRIS, and excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in both accounting and HR roles preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software like QuickBooks and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements in a timely manner.
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closeout procedures.
• Update financial reports and collaborate with inventory team.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance tasks.
• Provide administrative support to both the Accounting and HR departments.
