Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts payable, processing invoices, and reconciliations.
• Manage daily receivables including checks/wires/ACH and allocations.
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems.
• Reconcile banking and client accounts and run reports.
• Process banking transactions and forms for taxable events.
• Support daily operations and data entry in CRM and trust software.
• Integrate data with trust accounting software/Salesforce.
