Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring departmental budgets and maintaining detailed financial spreadsheets.
• Prepare and submit purchase requests, including Mav eShop carts and purchase orders.
• Explain university purchasing rules and advise staff on proper methods and expenditures.
• Prepare and track budget corrections, transfers, and journal entries.
