AACN is hiring an Accountant and Facilities Administrator in Aliso Viejo, CA for a hybrid, full-time role. You will manage accounting functions, facilities operations, and chapter financial activities, collaborating with the CFO and Controller to ensure accurate reporting.

The position requires a Bachelor's in accounting/finance and at least five years of related experience, plus proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible accounting, finance, or related experience.
• Experience with facilities administration, property management, or vendor coordination preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ERP/accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics Budgets, and netForum.
• Excellent written and oral communication and ability to coordinate multiple initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Accounting and Financial Reporting: ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies and controls.
• Maintains fixed asset records, depreciation, and amortization schedules.
• Prepares monthly depreciation and amortization journal entries and reconciles variances.
• Manages month-end close for AACN Property Holdings and financial reporting.
• Reconciles mortgage accounts, interest accruals, property insurance, and taxes; reviews FSA/HSA activity.
• Facilities Administration: oversee operations and coordinate with property management.
• Leads facilities projects, budgets, forecasts, and workspace management.
• Oversees Chapter financial administration and reporting in alignment with policies.
