AACN in Aliso Viejo, CA, is seeking an Accountant and Facilities Administrator for a hybrid finance role reporting to the Controller. The position blends accounting, fixed assets, month-end close, and facilities operations to support organizational objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and at least five years of progressive experience, with proficiency in Dynamics GP, Dynamics Budgets, netForum, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Experience in facilities administration or property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage fixed asset records, depreciation, and amortization schedules.
• Oversee month-end close for AACN Property Holdings and related reporting.
• Reconcile mortgages, insurance, and property taxes; resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile FSA/HSA activity and prepare related journal entries.
• Collaborate with Payroll on FSA/HSA contributions and reimbursements.
• Develop and monitor facilities budgets and forecasts; guide cost management.
• Support Chapter financial administration and training for Treasurers.
