Responsibilities

• Daily Bookkeeping: Record daily transactions and reconcile accounts.
• Accounts Payable: Process invoices, manage bills, schedule payments, maintain vendor records.
• Accounts Receivable: Prepare invoices, track balances, follow up on overdue payments.
• Job Costing: Track costs for painting projects to determine profitability.
• Payroll Processing: Prepare payroll, track hours, coordinate payroll tax filings.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheets, cash flow reports.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards.
• Budgeting and Cash Flow: Monitor cash flow and assist budgeting.
• Expense Management: Review employee expenses and reimbursements.
• Project Billing: Manage invoices and progress payments for projects.
• Tax and Compliance Support: Organize records for audits and compliance.
• Accounting Software Management: Maintain records in QuickBooks or SAP.
• Financial Documentation: Keep organized invoices, receipts, contracts, payroll docs.
• Management Support: Provide financial insights to ownership.
