Job summary

HUB International is seeking a detail-oriented account servicing professional to support Account Managers and Producers in servicing assigned accounts. The role involves policy review, data entry, and preparing documents for client delivery within our hybrid work model that requires three days in the office.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and strong customer service, data entry, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate servicing of assigned accounts with Account Manager/Producers.
• Check policies and endorsements for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare policies for client delivery and handle correspondence.
• Enter data in agency management systems and process change requests.
• Provide support on pre-renewal processes and maintain accurate suspense systems.
• Prepare invoices, certificates of insurance, and other documents as required.
