The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with 4 weeks of onsite training before remote work two days per week is allowed.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree completed.
• AND/OR
• 2+ years of financial, banking or insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Primary tasks include answering questions about processing tasks and supporting complex tasks.
• Escalations from contact center and support for key business partners.
