Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact on assigned client and projects
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and understand their business, goals, audiences, and challenges
• Translate client needs into clear internal briefs, timelines, and action items
• Manage multiple projects and campaigns from kickoff through completion
• Coordinate with creative, digital, project management, and other internal partners to keep work on track
• Lead client meetings, status calls, and project updates
• Review deliverables for accuracy, quality, and alignment with client objectives before they reach the client
• Support development of marketing strategies, campaign recommendations, and annual marketing plans
• Work with digital teams to coordinate campaign launches, budgets, assets, and reporting
• Monitor project budgets and help ensure work stays within scope
• Stay current on marketing, social media, digital advertising, and industry trends
