Job summary

C.H. Robinson Worldwide is seeking an Account Management Intern to support customer-facing teams and analyze supply chain data. You will assist with shipment execution, participate in client meetings, and collaborate with operations, pricing, and sales to identify efficiency improvements.

This paid internship offers mentorship and exposure to logistics strategy. You will gain hands-on experience with data-driven decision-making and learn how to create value for customers in a global logistics

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customer-facing teams in managing day-to-day account activities
• Help analyze supply chain performance, pricing, and operational data
• Assist with shipment execution and identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency
• Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, pricing, sales, and capacity management
• Leverage technology and data insights to solve business challenges and improve outcomes
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational performance
• Build relationships across the organization while developing a deeper understanding of the transportation and logistics industry
