Job summary

Modern Construction Services is seeking an Account Manager for Facilities Maintenance to handle a nationwide client portfolio and oversee the full lifecycle of maintenance work orders from intake to billing. The role is onsite initially with a transition to hybrid work.

You will coordinate vendors, track SLAs and KPIs, and ensure timely completion while maintaining accurate reporting. A 2+ year background in client services or facilities operations and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client services, facilities operations, or work-order coordination.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with maintenance management systems (FEXA, ServiceChannel, FMX, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage 40 active work orders simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
• Own the full lifecycle of each order: intake, vendor match, scheduling, execution, follow-up, and billing.
• Serve as the main contact for a nationwide client portfolio, providing proactive updates and fast issue resolution.
