Responsibilities

• Review and analyze assigned commercial accounts for coverage, limits, and options.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure service needs are met.
• Develop new business from existing accounts and leads; support departmental goals.
• Gather information from clients and prepare applications for submission to Marketing.
• Prepare client proposals based on needs, rates, and coverages.
• Prepare all transactions for accounts: applications, certificates of insurance, invoices, forms.
• Maintain data accuracy in the agency management system; assist with premium collections if needed.
• Keep informed of industry changes to support profitability objectives.
