Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate qualified vendors meeting compliance standards
• Select vendors and manage contracts for services
• Ensure ongoing compliance with company and customer requirements
• Investigate issues on accounts and plan resolutions
• Track open tasks and evaluate service delivery against deadlines
• Prepare documentation for scope of work and invoicing
• Manage invoicing and resolve disputes if needed
• Maintain client communication to ensure satisfaction
• Be available for on‑call after hours and weekend snow services
