Job summary

JS Benefits Group, a regional employee benefits and HR consulting firm, is seeking a full-time Account Manager & HR Services in Newtown, PA. The hybrid role blends client-facing service, benefits administration, renewal coordination, and HR consulting to help employer clients optimize their programs.

You will manage a portfolio of employer clients, prepare benefit proposals, coordinate with carriers, track plan performance, and support compliance, onboarding, and education sessions.

Qualifications

• Client relationship and account management skills to support employer clients.
• Experience with group health and ancillary benefits, and HR compliance knowledge.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with plan data, premiums, and enrollment reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication for clear client interactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/benefits platforms; ability to learn new systems.
• Experience in employee benefits, insurance, or HR support roles is beneficial.
• Hybrid work capability, able to collaborate both on-site in Newtown and remotely.
• SHRM certification or Insurance license is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of employer clients and serve as primary contact for benefit plan administration and renewal coordination.
• Prepare benefit proposals and renewal presentations for clients.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and solution partners; track plan performance.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and maintain accurate client records in internal systems.
• Support HR consulting activities, including compliance, employee communications, onboarding materials, and education sessions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored benefit strategies and contribute to process improvements.
