Job summary

Master Halco, Inc. is seeking an Account Development Associate at our local branch in Hillsboro, Oregon. This role blends inside and outside sales to build relationships and drive profitable growth with current and prospective customers.

The ADA will perform phone and in-person engagements, learn all products, enter ERP orders, and coordinate deliveries while supporting the sales team. Travel to assigned customers is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong sales, customer service and negotiating abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Proficient in ERP/CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and sales activities.
• Interact with customers by phone, in person, and electronically.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding quickly and accurately.
• Grow sales and profitability with assigned customers.
• Enter sales orders and coordinate delivery or pickup.
• Maintain product knowledge and respond to questions.
• Generate quotes using the ERP system.
• Travel to assigned customers for face-to-face calls.
• Support outside sales associates as needed.
• Learn and pursue opportunities to add value for customers.
