Job summary

Boundless is seeking an organized Account Coordinator to support branded merchandise programs and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will partner with Account Managers, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate quotes, sourcing, artwork approvals, inventory programs, ecommerce solutions, and project execution from concept to order placement with accuracy and responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Typically 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support or related fields.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using CRM/ERP or order management systems preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide client and account support, coordinating day-to-day activities.
• Assist with client requests by gathering info, quoting, researching products, and following up.
• Ensure client expectations are met through timely communication and responsive support.
• Participate in client meetings to understand client businesses and brand standards.
• Research products and suppliers, prepare quotes, and coordinate approvals.
• Support inventory programs, ecommerce solutions, and special projects.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow.
