Job summary

Boundless is seeking a Brand Merchandise Specialist in Austin to help turn client needs into thoughtful merchandise programs sourced from creative suppliers. You will work with Senior Account Managers, clients, and internal teams to deliver branded products that meet objectives, budgets, and timelines.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in promotional products or related fields, strong research and sourcing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in promotional products, merchandising, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships.
• Strong product research and sourcing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/order-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Account Managers and clients with day-to-day account needs.
• Translate client objectives, budgets, and timelines into merchandise solutions.
• Research and recommend branded merchandise for various programs.
• Identify emerging products and trends to create opportunities for clients.
• Develop presentations and proposals showcasing concepts and solutions.
• Coordinate pricing, samples, and production timelines with suppliers.
