Boundless, based in Austin, TX, seeks a Brand Merchandise Specialist to support Senior Account Managers with client relationships and creative merchandise programs. You will research, source, and present merchandise concepts, while coordinating pricing, timelines, and production with suppliers.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and passionate about product sourcing, branding, and memorable brand experiences with experience in client service and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in promotional products, merchandising, branding, or related field.
• Experience supporting client relationships and managing multiple projects.
• Strong product research, sourcing, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Account Managers to support client relationships and day-to-day account needs.
• Understand brand objectives, audiences, budgets, timelines, and project requirements.
• Research and recommend branded merchandise solutions for various client initiatives.
• Identify emerging products and trends for new opportunities.
• Develop merchandise recommendations and proposals communicating concepts clearly.
