Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meets individually with students registered with the Office of Disability Services to evaluate needs related to accessible materials and technology.
• Maintains accurate records using the in-house student record database for every communication.
• Trains students on the use of software technologies such as Kurzweil, Read & Write, VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS.
• Provides technical support for troubleshooting hardware/software application systems.
